Anirudh J Joshi
(Founder-Managing Partner)
Anirudh is an alumnus of IIT Roorkee and has over 30 years of experience in global technology services in companies like Wipro, Virtusa, Aztecsoft and Unify Technologies. He has a rich experience in sales, business development, solution design, consulting and practice leadership across multiple industry verticals like BFSI, Health, Telecom and Enterprise. In his tenure, he has impacted transformation projects ranging from $5Mn to $500Mn, impacting cost, revenue and operational efficiencies for global enterprises.
Aneesh Matapurkar
(Fundraising and M&A Advisory Lead)
Aneesh is an alumnus of IIT Roorkee and IIM Lucknow. He brings deep investment banking experience across sectors, with additional exposure to corporate development and investor relations. He has advised on $6B+ of transactions spanning buy- and sell-side cross-border M&A, private equity, venture capital, structured finance, and capital markets, working with companies ranging from startups to large global corporations. He has built a strong global and domestic network of relationships and offers a robust operational understanding across industries, from manufacturing to deep tech. As part of the credit committee in India at one of the world’s largest banks (>$5T in assets), he has assessed $1B+ of investments.
